Amelia does not track its users over time and across third-party websites to provide advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Note that some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, certain sites and browsers enable you to set the DNT signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

Our Services are not targeted to children under thirteen (13) years of age and We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

14.  Cross-border Transfer of Information. We maintain servers and systems in the United States hosted by a third-party service provider, namely Amazon Web Services. As such, where the Personal Information that We collect through or in connection with Our Site is processed in the United States.  Further, because of the international nature of our business, we may need to transfer your Personal Information to third parties as noted in Section 4 above, solely in connection with the purposes set out in this Policy.
